Just wondering if anyone is seeing delays or non crediting of Jetstar flights (eligible for QFF of course) to their account? I had to chase up two flights from March which finally got credited... now my May flights not crediting either. Just wondering if others are having the same issue?
Have had the same issue. return leg got credited (booked on a max bundle both ways) about 4 weeks after but the first flight hadn't. Waited an extra week and then put in a points claim still nothing.
Yep - similar story for me. In the past the points had come through about a week after but now waiting 4 weeks and have also submitted a claim form and waiting.
