I had the same issue and managed to get this fairly quickly resolved by first contacting Qantas on Facebook messenger (much nicer and quicker experience than calling), who then directed me to use the contact details at the bottom of this page: https://www.qantas.com/au/en/support/contact-us/frequ...

Yep - similar story for me. In the past the points had come through about a week after but now waiting 4 weeks and have also submitted a claim form and waiting.

Haven recently flown up front on Qantas in the past month I was disappointed to see that some of the touches hadn’t returned such as pre-departure drinks, and a better quality of meal. I did get to experience the ‘sweet potato sausage roll’ which was nothing to write home about....
