Has anyone had issues logging in to their Velocity account over the past few days? I keep getting "Unfortunately this request could not be processed."

Hey Macca. The whole velocity site was down over the weekend (June 1 and 2) for upgrade work. I received an email from velocity about it on the Friday (31st) saying there would be no access over the weekend and that the membership call centre wouldn't have access either. Logged in today though so it's all back to normal. Are you still getting an error?
Yes, still getting the error unfortunately. And this was happening last Thursday and Friday too. Velocity simply said, try again in a few hours. We will see...
