Delta Air Lines is adding an innovative touch to its business class amenity kits with the debut of hydrating under-eye patches from skincare partner Grown Alchemist.

The new fragrance-free Hydra-Restore Eye Patches – which will soon hit the retail market – are based on Grown’s Hydra-Restore Eye Serum and hydrate the under-eye area to reduce puffiness and minimise fine lines.

These eye patches accompany other Grown Alchemist products in the Delta One amenity kit, such as a restorative hand cream in vanilla and orange peel, and spearmint lip balm, alongside a Missoni-designed eye mask.

“Travel should restore us, not just carry us from one place to another,” explains Ekrem Dimbiloglu, Delta’s managing director of Brand Experience.

“From skincare essentials that fit into hydration routines to a limited-edition collection of bags designed to function beautifully beyond the aircraft, our goal was to create lasting reminders of Delta that stay with customers long after their journey.”

The new Delta One amenity kits will be issued in five uplifting colours.

The new Missoni-designed bags themselves land in five seasonal colours drawn from destinations on Delta’s global network – among them Sydney Coral, “inspired by sun-washed coastlines and harbour sunsets,” the crystalline aqua tones of Malta Coast, and the warming orange of Seoul Sunrise.

“As winter in the Northern Hemisphere nears, customers can expect another seasonal refresh and suite of bags with contents that adhere to cooler months,” Delta says.

Available to Delta One passengers from mid-July, the kits show how Delta continues to lean into luxury.

The airline’s long-standing partnership with Missoni includes a bedding set designed for Delta comprising a comforting duvet and pillow, a mattress pad which doubles as a lower back lumbar pillow, and a memory foam ‘cuddle pillow’ for flights over 12 hours.

Missoni bedding remains a key feature of the A350-1000 Delta One suites.

And taking wing early next year will be a second-gen Delta One business suite on board the SkyTeam member’s Airbus A350-1000 jets.

The suites feature more legroom, longer lie-flat beds, a 24-inch HD screen with Bluetooth connectivity, and wireless charging.
