Qantas is increasing the cost of its Qantas Club lounge program by an average of 15% from next month.

The news comes as the airline also provided long-awaited updates on its international lounges at Sydney and Auckland.

From 11 December 2025, the following Qantas Club fees will apply:

  • Qantas Club joining fee: now $129, rises to $149
  • One-year membership fee: now $699, rises to $799
  • Two-year membership fee: now $1,299, rises to $1,499

The subscription-based Qantas Club Flexible plan will remain at $99, which automatically renews every 28 days until cancelled, along with the soon-to-be-$149 Qantas Club joining fee.

“There is no change to current memberships”, Qantas notes, “and these changes will only apply to members who join or renew after 11 December 2025.”

Qantas is also removing the option for four-year Qantas Club membership, which is currently priced at A$2,399.

Qantas Club members enjoy access to over two dozen domestic airport lounges, along with ten international Qantas lounges within Australia and overseas.

Although lounge access is the foremost benefit of Qantas Club membership, the package also includes a higher checked baggage allowance and points-based 'on departure' business class upgrade requests for domestic Qantas flights.

Members can also invite one guest to join them in the Qantas lounge.
