I fear Flightnse could be absolutely on the money! 18 days in, no response and as far as I understand no one has had a status match. Pretty disappointing Qatar AW. I have several trips to the UK and US pending once we are able to travel again. Not sure if I will be rushing to to book on Qatar!

Indeed, same as others myself. My Platinum membership with the extension applied is the exact same date as the pre-extension renewal. I have emailed Velocity but to be fair with their other priorities I don't expect response quickly.
