Why do Airlines continue to have these touchscreen IFEs in the back of headrests?  There is nothing worse than having your headrest prodded hundreds of times by someone using their IFE.  Have the controls on a controller, not the screen!

Perhaps Emirates should prioritise focus on getting their lie flat business class hard product on ALL their planes before worrying about how good their economy class is!!
