How about adding those 100 redundant people to your telephone service desks. We had a medical emergency last Dec. and needed to get to Sydney very quickly to catch a flight to Canada and it took two phone calls with wait times on hold of 4 hours and 3 hours. Very poor when a family member is dyin...
