Whilst the product and offer is good and generous the attitude and execution of it needs lifting. I once travelled Qantas on economy to the USA (16 hrs?) with no audio, video and lights. My query got no joy.  My complaint go me compensated with a pass to the Qantas lounge still unuse. And ...
