Jul 24, 2016, 08:08 PMAfter flying from BKK to BNE i had minimal time to get from the international terminal to domestic for my flight to cairns. With minimal time in the QC i was unable to get changed. Trying to get changed in the 738 business class lav was near impossible!

Jul 27, 2016, 09:34 PMHi Matt,It's always worth the try. I had the same problem and it it turned out that i had accrued status credits oweing to me which had inadvertantly been missed off my statement. So give it a go, although you might be on the phone holding for a few hours!
