You can try to call their call centres and ask. Baring that, you'll have to ask at the check-in counter if they will interline your bags. The qantas award search used to be one of THE best in the game, easy to use, lots of availability. Since covid, Qantas search had just been awful. And if an option isn't there, you have to restart the whole process and click through all the same settings and dates. So annoying
