I couldn't agree more with thehopster - I too have so many points after years as Solitaire and I've NEVER been upgraded on SIA. Krisflyer is an earn and burn program but the number of seats for redemption is disappointing.

Been trying to book this new route via qantas. Be warned of the sting in the pricing - especially if it is SFO-SYD-SFO expect over $3500 economy. Didn't want to stomach looking at Premium economy. Perhaps too early to fly the Ted kangaroo again...
