I just wanted to comment that, as a former restaurant server in the US (I served during college ;) ) the percentages are slightly off from what we tend to expect. - 20%+ for great/extraordinary service- 18% for good service- 15% for acceptable service- Less (usually 10%) for terrible service, at...
