    We have cycled through Doha on a regular basis and the QF Platinum status is pretty meaningless - no access to the 'real' QR First Class lounge (which is a huge and luxurious setup).

    Never get the online surveys despite being QFF Platinum for 20+ years. My wife (also platinum QFF) gets one on every flight. Makes a bit of a mockery of the QF customer satisfaction report.Perhaps it was something I said??
