Is the middle seat on the 3 side wider? My recollection of one of it's selling points and having travelled on one several years ago was that the Middle seat  was a an inch wider to pro idea more comfort. It would be disappointing if this had been removed (more so than the lack of IFE) 

When you get to the main immigration area, it's on the far left. It's the same place air crew and diplomatic passports go. Not well signposted, also, if you don't have an APEC passport (or diplomatic) they will send you back to the main area

I came into KLIA2 tonight on an APEC card and didn't need to fill in the form. Straight through the  normal APEC counter with no issues.
