Your analysis is severely off the mark, Mike. Singapore didn't drop the ball, moreso that they are caught in a wedge by the ME3 carriers.

I'm not usually one to act like a "grammar Nazi" (especially as parts of my family were persecuted by said regime), but two people in this discussion thread have used the word "cue" in place of "queue". A cue is a stick I hold in my hands to play pool with. Pull your socks up.

Typical Sydney Airport Corporation behaviour. They stopped caring about the passengers that allow them to exist a long time ago. The whole operation is designed to gouge us at every step of the way. Pathetic!

I understand they recently outsourced a large part of their call centre to the Phillipines. The experience I had a month ago was similarly awful - a long wait time, followed by little help. I think these new operators are nowhere near as empowered to do things as the old call centre staff. Ask fo...
