Yes! I agree. I personally fly Qatar Airways a lot from London to Perth, connecting in Doha. Qatar Airways only each flies once per day to Australian cities. Have a holiday and use the points or ask you employer if your seniority in the company could be a reason for them to allow you upgradable flights.
