    Surely this more aimed at the high frequency business travellers who are heading to Brisbane, Sydney or Adelaide on day trips and can then pick things up just like they had been at work all day. Should be great for them if they don't have a large suitcase for a 4hr trip

    When did Qantas switch all international fares from Red e-deals to Saver fares? It appears that on these fares now as well it is no longer possible to upgrade internationally, whereas it used to be the case that you could on a Red e-deal?

    Once had a problem using one at Heathrow back when the Lounge was run by BA. From memory they were correct and the terms on the back required it to be Qantas operated. No idea if that is still the same, but Tokyo is Qantas operated according to the website.
