    I had a few thousand dollars which I requested for cash back. personal choice to have cash back in my account. There were no offers to entice as a Gold4Life member.

    Totally agree with you and felt the same..LTG is not recognised or differentiated from a just attained G. So like many my loyalty after LTG is to fly with whoever to look after myself first, not necessary for the benefits of LTG..

    The point I am making is even if a passenger is merely bringing the one hand carry as allowed per policy it ought to be better enforced within the plane that a row 25 passenger shouldn’t be allowed to shaft the luggage as soon as they board on top of row 8 for example for convenient collect...

    Passengers shouldn’t be allowed to simply put overhead heads as they enter when they are seated way down the aisle often within sight of attendents who simply allow this selfish behaviour.
