Hi OP. From my experience, you wont have any problems. My name has a hyphen in it, and depending on the system used by each airline carrier and the ticketing machines, sometimes they will replace the hyphen with a space, or just remove the hyphen completely. Lowercase vs uppercase is not relevant...
