I received the new kit on a HKG-SYD flight which departed on the 10th this month so they've certainly been out for a couple of days.

There's a capacity of 3000 seats per week available on the route and currently Air Canada utilise 1890 seats per week. This leaves 1110 spare seats available for Qantas to utilise and when you divide this figure by 364 you end up with approximately 3 (weekly flights)

Well if you think this through, isn't being in the window seat in a 10 or heck 11 abreast aircraft being the same as being in the middle seat of a 5 seat block? I mean the only difference really is a window which you can lean on i suppose.

yes funny isn't it. a few years ago when QF cancelled a couple of 787s, about 4 of them were early build ones that were around LN20. In other words, QF group would be getting 787s right about now :/ and i dare say they would already have some delivered However I don't really see much...

I read somewhere that the KQ service will be a 3x weekly 788 service from NBO-PER
