How to complain to an airline - and get results

I find writing to the CEO of a particular airline to be an easy and fast method of getting issues resolved. Last issue i had with QF was resolved in less than a week. But it can be a hard to work out the actual postal address of the CEO.

Flying Qantas Syd-LAX-DEN return DEN-DFW-SYD. I am a QFF Platinum, but only normally fly domestic. I would like to know about my options with airport lounges on these routes and any travel tips, if any?
i want to know how many airlines have Fokker100 in australia?

With a QF and EK agreement, does that mean QFF Platinum would have access to the EK first lounge? Is there any other perks to come from this for a Platinum status?
