Anyone want my 4 free platinum upgrade vouchers? I've got no use for them anymore. I've just ditched Virgin due to these changes and booked several flights today on Qantas. The first of many more. It's been fun while it last Virgin, all the best.

I reckon the no kids policy is great. The few times this year I've flown back from the US and used the Qantas business lounge at LAX it's been a creche. Kids running around and laying across the floor. Annoying.

The lack of award availability to LAX in J is the reason I’ve drifted from Platinum back to Gold and soon to be Silver with velocity. The only use for VA points is domestic redemptions or international with SQ KrisFlyer transfer, which is very good. I’m burning through my velocity poi...
