I love the QF + EK alliance as it forced BA to compete on their own and vastly improve their product whilst also offering some ridiculously competitive fares. I've always chosen BA though SIN since the alliance formed, and it's much better for your body clock having a short leg to Asia then sleep...

Mar 21, 2013, 09:19 AMYou will clock up a LOT more status credits through the two seperate flights, rather than just BA16 the whole way . The motivation to fly on the 777-300 is mainly for World Traveller and World Traveller Plus cabins, where there is a substantial difference in product.
