The A350 is a great aircraft and hopefully Etihad will have a first class cabin on these. I will really miss the Apartment first class cabins on their A380. We all need something to dream about don't we?

12 aircraft could just be the beginning. The A380s only have another 10 years life in the fleet so will need replacing eventually. Plus one thing the Qantas team are good at is negotiating with airports and unions plus gaining publicity. So part of these route ideas could be aimed at Perth air...
