The arrival part requiring a test and checking into an approved hotel will turn people off... if you're going for a holiday (which is probably 95% of travelers) who wants to sit in a hotel until they say you're ok when you're typically there for less than a week? No thanks - I'll hold out.....

I agree.. have recently flown it... QF9 leaves from the international terminal. you cant access the domestic lounges...
