I think so... because you first swipe your Velocity Card (before the EFT Terminal is activated), then you say you're paying on-card, so the operator would then activate the terminal - so to me, you would be able to get 1 point for $2 on Global Wallet and then 2 points per litre of fuel, not to me...

I know that SQ & CX used to when they used to fly to Pakistan. EK does the same on some routes (re: PEW & SKT), however recently they got a brand new B777 and flew it to LHE.

My understanding is that if you are flying in Business with EK, you have access to their Lounge, but to invite a guest may require you to have status (Gold). If you are a QF Status holder, you can bring your friend.
