Absolutely Agree. Being P1 and receiving service when required is important. Apps crash, phone batteries die - cost cutting with no real plan and being P1 since it was started I was NOT asked for input!

I obtain P1 and have since inception with one trip to Europe, one to Asia and the rest high volume economy in Australia. I average one flight every 3.7 days so its about status obtained regardless of how you get there.

Yes and DO NOT loose your boarding pass as you have to go through a mini customs in Perth.

As this is an international flight you CANNOT check in on the app. You have to check in at a counter to receive a printed boarding pass with a large D sticker. You then go through to customs and you have to line up and be checked with photo ID.
