Congrats Chris! I'm just wondering on what credit cards you use in your wallet to maximise your points earn as I'm currently stuck deciding between QF or VA.

Interesting how they sat 90 days maximum. I fly well in excess of that every year and still is $5 per day. When I called up and asked how many days I have used it overseas (just out of curiosity to see how many days I'd actually been away), they told me they couldn't actually see it...

I'm on a normal $100 plan with Vodafone and that includes international roaming with 8GB a month!

And with a 90 day soft limit 'imposed' I had been careful in that past, however everytime I call up and ask where I am at I always get the same response of "oh we can't check that". I'm sitting at the 70 day mark by my calculations so far! Will be interesting when I'm away for a full month in Oct...

Thanks! Do the hotels provide a continuous service from the airport? Or do you need to arrange a time for pick up?

Correct. Scheduled heavy maintenance time. Hence why the thrice weekly SYD-AUH has been replaced by Etihad services for the month.
