The bonus categories are useless... supermarkets, petrol stations ect are the places where you can use Amex and get 1.5pts/$ (at the moment anyway). All the other spend is where I used to use visa. Guess I'll be canceling prestige card now!

Yes absolutely doable, as long as things go right. I have had as little as 25mins from plane landing at TBIT to being in the lounge in T5. Also spent 2.5 hours alone waiting in theTBIT customs/imigration. Just depends on what other planes have arrived before you.&nbs...

I meant to say the footrests are basic... The seats themselves I find very comfortable.

I have seen padded foot rest kind of things in the overhead locker but have never actually seen anyone use them! The foot rests in the remaining PE seats are very basic.
