The A330neo and A321neo along with the rumoured A322neo are an ideal fit for airlines. The 737 is so obsolete and dated, I’m surprised airlines are still placing orders for such an airframe.

The Airbus A330neo-800 is an ideal fit as it has the flexibility of both domestic and medium - long range flights. This also gives airlines the ability to operate the airframe during curfew hours.

Has this been confirmed? Last I heard, the leasing company want the aircraft back as they have been on leased.

Qantas should replace the ageing 737ng with the A320neo line up for both domestic and thin international routes. The A321LR is a true game changer that could open up new International destinations for QF. The A330neo is the best fit to replace the older A330 classics in Qantas’ fleet. The N...
