Booked a flight end of Septmeber and received a call from Qantas a few days ago that the service is not longer on offer.... not impressed . Asked if the fare would be reduced and received a very clear 'no we wont do that'... only after a further push i was offered 10.000 FF points.... but it coul...

I just reached another Loyalty Bonus where I can choose between SC and point. As I have reached already platinum status for this year I wonder if I choose SC instead of points after my renewal period (31.05.2019) if SC would be credited towards my next renewal period?
