Virgin Australia administrators: no refunds, just 'conditional' credit
May 12, 2020, 06:17 PMCommbank have refused to process a chargeback for me, they say govt regulations mean they can't dispute transactions that relate to COVID-19. Obviously they are fobbing me off. Does anyone know which banks are processing chargebacks?
