Adelaide will welcome Australia's third Langham hotel – and the first in the upscale Langham Place portfolio – when Langham Place, Adelaide opens in mid-2019.
The luxury five-star hotel will offer 140 rooms, including 15 suites and a top floor penthouse, and will form part of the multi-storey Lustro luxury development at the beachside suburb of Glenelg North.
Billed as "Adelaide’s first purpose-built luxury precinct," the mixed-use Lustro development will include a "luxury retail district" and apartments offering "state of the art living."
All Langham Place Adelaide guestrooms and suites will showcase designer interior spaces featuring contemporary finishes and inclusions, as well as panoramic views across the ocean or the Adelaide Hills.
In the evening, western-facing apartments will be treated to the glow of sunsets and the glittering marina lights.
Langham hotels has sister properties in Sydney Melbourne, and the Gold Coast.
