Australian Business Traveller has arranged an exclusive tour through the Archie Rose distillery at Rosebery (just 5km south of the Sydney CBD) where you'll learn about the fine art of making whisky: grain selection, mashing, fermentation, distillation, botanical selection, preparation and maturation.

You'll then enjoy a whisky appreciation class hosted by one or Archie Rose's master distiller, discovering six of their finest malts, while dining on substantial food platters and meeting up with other Australian Business traveller readers, frequent flyers and lovers of the dram!
