I’ve just dug out the menus from my 4 legs in Qatar business class earlier this year. For lunches, dinners and light options, there was generally one vegetarian or vegan option. Typically for breakfast, 3 of the 4 choices were meat free. From experience I would particularly recommend the Classic Arabic Mezze as a light-ish meal and the Coconut porridge with chia seeds for breakfast (I enjoyed the Traditional Arabic Breakfast as well).
I didn’t have any meat-free mains, but options included Pan-fried potato gnocchi with sautéed cavolo nero, smoked aubergine filled with ratatouille and moutabel, tofu and vegetable dumplings with miso goma sauce, and duo tear drop croquettes with vegan barbecue sauce.
If you stick with the standard menu I doubt you’ll go hungry.

Hi
Flying from Syd - LHR. Trying to find out more about meal options on standard business class menu for non meat eaters.
Prefer not to order special meal if there are options on the standard menu.
Any feedback appreciated.

Given the importance of India(ns) to its network it would be very unusual not to offer vegetarian options.
