I travelled recently on Business class from Singapore to Sydney in an Airbus 380 and ended up with painful bites ( bed bugs) after an overnight flight. I note that in days gone past, we used to have fumigation procedures on Board prior to deplaneing.
With that gone and with ageing fleets and massive passengers, I wonder if planes get fumigated as part of their maintenance.
