You could check into the airport hotel - there is a pool available - so you could shake & bake in the sun, tan up, swim, then shower, change and board.

Yas Island is relatively close to the airport and offers several attractions if you're transiting during the day. These include Ferrari World (an indoor Ferrari-themed amusement park with two rollercoasters) and a waterpark.
If your transit is overnight, do as wozcor1 suggests - check into an airport hotel and use the facilities.
We do similar stop over arriving early morning from MEL departing to BRU late night, we just stay at airport hotel as they offer 6am-6pm rate, then off to lounge until departure. MissChipChip prefers the rest stop :) Airport Hotel doesn't have online booking so just email for rates and availability.
