Make sure to ask the FA to bring whatever you fancy drinking from First to the bar at the back. The bar only stocks Business Class alcohol (not that it is terrible, but the First selection is better).

Also book your showers early in the flight.

Get a window seat in Row two if you can, followed by Row 3. Row one is the "worst" in F:)

I like flying row 2 for First (granted ive limited experience compared to many). It's generally centrally located away from the galleys and the associated noise. On EK A380 row 1 isn't as nice as you only get 2 windows compared to the 3 you get in rows 2 and 3. Row 1 is also really close to the showers. 

A window seat is the nicest in my view (so I agree with RWA). Plus, you get to play with the electric window blinds :-) 

On a QF Codeshare?  If so book your spa treatment the day before.

Make sure you indulge in the caviar with all the condiments

Goes great with the Dom and/or chilled vodka

absolutely agree :). the mezza plate is superb as well.

You could further maximise your enjoyment by doing a dummy run of the same route in Y the week before...

Take a shower  - as least it will make a difference

Take lots of photo's. Yes this is embarrassing in an F cabin as everyone competes to act the most nonchalant, but lets face it, it's a cool experience!
