Im flying SQ (in economy) in dec/jan from London to perth. Does anyone know if I can get a lounge pass with Kris miles? is there anyway I can try and get access to Kris's new lounge at T2 heathrow? or whistle I'm in transit at Changi? I also have Velocity points? Know it's a bit of a long shotâ¦..

SQ does not offer single-entry access to its lounges by invitation or for ready cash. Lounge access cannot be bought using points, so unless you have enough points for a redemption in a premium cabin, you are unfortunately out of luck.
However, all is not lost. For ready cash in SIN, you can cobble together a nice enough transit experience. It won't be a first class lounge, but you should cope well enough. Book your flights with a generous layover of four to five hours (there are lots of possible combinations for LHR-PER), preferably covering some daylight hours to soak up some natural light.
Besides the usual airline lounges, there are numerous independent lounges at SIN where you can pay for a shower. Even better than this is the Terminal 1 rooftop swimming pool, which isn't any more expensive than the paid shower in Terminal 3. A towel and after-shower is included in the S$14 price.
When it comes to food and beverage, SIN is stellar. From Kentucky to curry noodles, from steak to Starbucks, anything you could possibly want to consume is available somewhere, and it is generally of a good standard and not exhorbitantly priced. A tenner will get you far, and some shops are open 24/7.
There is also plenty of walking, shopping and planespotting to do if you get bored.
Hopefully, someone else can help you with LHR T2 and maybe even PER.

There was a story this week on Ausbt re SIA giving £40 vouchers for in transit passengers. I read it just after I passed thru.
There are no lounges that you can buy passes to at Perth International airport Need to beSing Air or Virgin Aust or Star AlliNce Gold member. Hope this helps
