Well you can pretty much place a bet it will be SYD to the world.. if they are lucky melbourne

Maybe Allan Joyce will paint them in Jetstar colours .. sorry shouldnt give him ideas.

Well Melbourne just isn't as attractive as Sydney. There is nothing we can do.

What if a route could be established from Sydney to Singapore then on to Tokyo Narita. This would be a dream route and can be economically viable.

Although a few 787s could be put for a direct flight to tokyo anyway

Based on the predicted population growth of South-East Queensland and the extensive regional network that feeds into the capital, I reckon it wont be too many years before QF can fill an A380 from BNE to DXB/LHR or LAX/DFW.  I don't know what the loads are like, but EK have a daily A380 service now (DXB-BNE-AKL).
