So long as you use QF booking engine and book flight with QF flight number and quote your CX membership number I think.

Nope, you won't as Emirates is not a oneworld carrier, even if flying with a QF codeshare flight number.
You'll only earn points with Qantas FF or Emirates Skywards in this instance.

Funnily enough, if you were AAvantage or BA Exec Club, you would earn miles and status/tier credits.
