I recently booked a hotel/flight package via Expedia using one world carrier, Qatar. I'm QFF Gold and when I checked my activity statement the flights are noted but there are 0 status credits and 0 miles allocated. Does anyone know why this is?

Hi there,

It would depend on the booking class on the ticket for the QR flights. The Qantas websites state that the booking classes eligible for earning points and SCs are BHKLMVCDIJYAFP. Also was the flight operated by QR or a oneworld carrier or was it operated by someone else outside the oneworld alliance?

I have had instances where the points/SC were wrongly credited - once I flew J with Finnair and the statement said it was a charter flight so awarded 0 points and SC. Sent an email to QF with the boarding pass and they fixed it up in a few days.

right you are.  It appears the booking classes were Q and T which are discount economy and don't appear eligible. Explains the mystery! Should have known when booked as a package that was case. Thanks for your advice.
