Booked and paid for Business with Virgin Australia BNE-LAX, and first class with Delta LAS-JFK, JFK-LAX through Virgin Australia. On my Velocity account it is showing economy on the USA domestic flights and no one can answer me - anyone know why this is and why I can't even confirm seats when its booked on a Delta flight number. Want to ensure I am getting what I paid for.

Can you see the fare class? Is it a Y-Up fare? 

You need to get the record locator number of the Delta flights from Virgin and then ring Delta. The code sharing business is a merry go round

Once you have the Delta PNR (which should be in smaller print on your VA itinerary), you should be able to log into the Delta 'Manage My Booking' and choose your seats.
