I was wondering if anyone knew why Qantas were running 2 A380 flights from BNE on the 13th of June to LAX and DXB/LHR?

@ daschok that comment was just insulting. @ admins of this website. This banter is becoming common on your threads and what was an enjoyable page to visit is becoming less enjoyable.

It's operating for a religious group. 1 A380 is flying SYD-BNE-LAX, the other is doing MEL-BNE-DXB-LHR

Sorry, with the words "religious" and "group" I think cult, not exclusivity.

I could be wrong / I might be ruining the joke, but I suspect moa999 was going for the subtle route and making a pun about a 'religious' group with a 2-word name that starts with "exclusive".

Brisbane Intl timetables can be found here
http://www.bne.com.au/arrivals-departures/monthly-international-timetables
I think the OP is refering to QF6053 which lands from SYD and QF6055 which lands from MLB
QF6053 leaves for DXB/LHR later the same day and QF6055 leaves for LAX later the same day
These appear to be charters

No QF1 on June 13th... No QF93 operated by A380 that day.. Still a 93, just operated by a 747. So no QF95 that day. Still a QF11...
