The Business seats to Hong Kong not correct

I have just booked Syd/Hkg in THE BUSINESS , yet when you come to select your seats it shows a 2+2 layout not the 1+2+1 layout on the A330,,has anyone experienced this problem.Not sure now if I am getting an old aircraft yet it is on the Virgin website as THE BUSINESS .I booked and paid for the new seats.

Both my parents and I have encountered the same issue when we booked our MEL-HKG flights too. You ARE getting the A330 'The Business' with 1-2-1 layout. When they first loaded the flight into the system, for some reason the seat layout wasn't loaded correctly thus showing a 2-2 rather than 1-2-1.

As VA only have the 1 layout on their 332, it is a case of the seatmap not displaying correctly.

Yes I did. So if you want a window seat pick A or K seats.
