The Emirates lounge is open 3 hour prior to each Emirates departure which currently means it's open from 6:40am until 10:25am,12:35pm until 3:35pm then opening again 6:10pm and staying open until 1:40am for the last Emirates departure.
If you're flying on any of the evening departures then check-in opens at 2:30pm and shuts 60 minutes prior. For all other flights it's open 3 hours prior.
