Where can I find a seat map of the new 2x2x2 (in J) EK 777-200LR? (There’s nothing on SeatGuru and even EK’s own website!) We’re (a couple) travelling ex-ADL in early April and was simply wondering if there was any thoughts if any pair of seats was better/worse than the other...

Sorry this will be of no help but I do find it strange that the seat map for this aircraft is not more readily available, particularly after the fanfare surrounding the new suites in First and also the new Business seats

I agree! Hence my puzzled expression...

i too am flying adl to dxb in april and again in may and again in july and again in october and its the 200LR for all flights and i am too confused why no seat map available - have not found one anywhere - but think its like the old 2 class business layout (with 3 in middle) so loos at front left (as per first class on 300 series) and then seats with no bulkhead by door 2 just the open bar like area thingy - we have chosen middle seats for all our trips as no paired window seats were available - but having flown the new seat a few times (with the mini-bar) i hate the lack of space it now has as trying to get from window over the aisle passenger is difficult and im not on the large side! its a struggle - so my recommendation would be the middle seats - no window view but easy access to aisle!

Hi Simon, here you go. (Click the attached image to expand it.)

For more information, also check out AusBT's reviews of the Boeing 777-200LR business class seat, and of the overall Boeing 777-200LR business class travel experience.

My tip for seating would be to select a seat in front of the inflight self-service counter (so rows 1-4), because the lights here remain on during the flight and you'll probably hear more noise if anybody goes there to talk, etc. (It's not a full cocktail bar as on the A380s, though.)

Hi Simon, you can also use ExpertFlyer to inspect a seat layout complete with SeatGuru comments.

Go to www.expertflyer.com, then select the blue "seat map" button, then fill in the details of your flight. At the bottom, select business class.

You cannot inspect more than about 3 seat plans per day unless you pay for the service.
