Hi I am flying J JFK-LAX and then LAX-MEL in First. Can anyone advise me what lounges I can access at JFK please?
Assuming you're flying QF/AA as they're the only one offering first class, you can use the AA Flagship lounge at T8 JFK and the QF First Lounge at TB LAX.
No worries. There is also a separate First class dinning area in the JFK flagship lounge with table service and a la carte menu. I'm not sure if it's only for AA first class pax or they will also accept QF first pax. There's no harm asking when you get there.

Pretty sure their terms say AA ticketed travellers only but if it’s quiet can get in
