Hi due to bad weather I was rerouted from LA to MEL in F to LA to Melbourne in J via Brisbane. It was a points flight with Qantas. Does anyone have experience with getting a partial refund of points due to this situation?

Hi I am flying business class JFK-LAX and then LAX-MEL in First. Can anyone advise me what lounges I can access at JFK please?

Hi all, seeking some advice. Will be travelling from JFK to LAX on AA economy ticket and then same day QF First (reward ticket) LAX - MEL. I am a qantas club member and have silver status. Will Qantas link the tickets so my bags go straight through or am I required to recheck at LAX?

Update - Apricot lounge would not accept paid access. We were directed to Orchard lounge and at $40US not worth the money
